Systems
Systems we install.
Two ways in. If we are involved before first fix, we wire the building properly — structured cabling, in-wall devices, one hub. If the house is already finished, we retrofit wirelessly with no chasing and no redecoration. Both end up on the same app and the same voice control.
01
Lighting Control
Scenes, dimming and circadian colour temperature — wired at first fix or retrofitted wirelessly.
- Scene Control
- One press sets a whole room. Keypads, app or voice.
- Dimming
- Hardwired dimmers on new builds, smart bulbs and switches on retrofits.
- Circadian Lighting
- Colour temperature shifts through the day to match natural rhythm.
- Occupancy & Daylight Sensing
- Lights only when the room is in use — the simplest saving available.
02
Security & Access
Cameras, locks and sensors on one panel, with alerts that tell you what actually happened.
- 4K PoE Cameras
- Hardwired, powered over network cable. No batteries to change.
- Wireless Cameras
- 2K–4K battery units where cabling is not an option.
- Smart & Biometric Locks
- Fingerprint, code and phone entry with per-user access logs.
- AI Video Analytics
- Distinguishes people, vehicles and pets. Custom activity zones cut false alerts.
- Intrusion & Environmental Sensors
- Door, window, smoke, CO, gas and water-leak detection on one alarm panel.
- Presence Simulation
- Randomised lights and blinds while you are away.
03
Climate & Comfort
Air conditioning, blinds and audio coordinated so they stop working against each other.
- Zoned Climate Control
- Per-room setpoints and schedules rather than one thermostat for the house.
- Motorised Blinds
- Close against afternoon heat, open for morning light — measurably less AC load.
- Whole-Home Audio
- Independent rooms or synchronised zones, streamed or local.
- Geo-Fencing
- The house prepares for arrival and secures itself on departure.
04
Network & Infrastructure
The layer everything else depends on. Get it wrong and every smart device inherits the problem.
- Structured Cabling
- Cat6/Cat7 throughout, fibre-ready conduit, terminated to a patch panel.
- Central Hub & Rack
- One cabinet running the whole system, not a shelf of separate boxes.
- Zigbee / Z-Wave Mesh
- Local protocols that keep working when the internet drops.
- Energy Monitoring
- Circuit-level metering, automated load shedding, solar-ready.
